Multifamily, HOA and Commercial Rebates

By applying, whether online or by hardcopy, the applicant agrees to abide by all requirements.

• Customer must receive water and/or sewer service from Scottsdale Water.
• Multifamily, HOA & Commercial (MHC) rebates may require a consultation and/or pre-inspection prior to beginning a project to verify fund availability, eligibility, project scope and/or product selection. Contact Conservation prior to starting your project.
• Any grass or water softener in the process of being removed or already removed is not eligible for a rebate.
• Rebated products must be purchased on or after June 1, 2023 to qualify for a rebate. Products purchased before June 1, 2023 are not eligible for a rebate.
