RV Office
If you are planning to stay at WestWorld in an RV, you must first submit an RV reservation request.
- Nightly rate is $57.01 (includes tax). Maximum stay is 14 nights.
- Please review the WestWorld RV Rules and Regulations for important information about your stay.
The WestWorld RV Office will begin accepting reservation requests for:
- The Goodguys Speedway Motors Southwest Nationals. Requests will be accepted starting May 21 at 8 a.m. (MST).
Reservation requests must be submitted online using our RV reservation form. Reservation requests submitted before 8 a.m. on the opening date will not be accepted.
You must book your RV space directly with the following event(s):
- The Barrett Jackson Fall Auction. Call 480-421-6694 to reserve your space.
Feed and Bedding Store
Located next to the Arena 5 Show Office, the Feed and Bedding Store has a little bit of everything. We now offer the option to purchase our items online, but don't worry, you can still place phone orders (480-312-6814) or come by and see us. We would be happy to help make your visit as streamlined as possible.
Important:
- Importing shavings is prohibited. Shavings must be ordered through the Feed and Bedding Store.
- Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be delivered the next business day.
- All sales are final.
Location and Hours
- We are located between Barn G and Arena 5, just northwest of the Operations and RV Office (9545 E. Polo Field Way)
- We are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays - Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
- Hours may vary during an event.
Order Online
Once you have reserved your stall through your event barn manager, you can place your feed and bedding order online. If you pre-order your items before the first move-in day, we will do our best to deliver to your stall door before you arrive.
If you had a late day of riding and just realized you need feed for morning, you can place an order after business hours, and we will deliver it first thing in the morning.
